'''Working Groups''' are a mechanic of the game, on par with [[Issues]], that bring multiple officials together from different agencies to discuss an issue of shared concern. Working Groups are exclusive to Sub-Cabinet Officials, typically Under Secretaries and Deputy Secretaries. Each working group has a scenario and up to three decisions that can impact the polls and the [[National Statistics]].
