Selection Process edit
To be selected for the office of Under Secretary of Commerce for Economic Affairs, an individual must first serve in the Department of Commerce. The role may be selectable from the roles menu if the office is vacant. If the position is not available, an individual must serve in another Secretary role in the Department and be elevated to this position once it becomes vacant. The promotion is automatic.
The individual holding the office of Under Secretary is at the discretion of the Secretary of Commerce.

In the Department Meeting, the Under Secretary will meet with the Secretary of Commerce to discuss economic policies and issues.
