The most common path to the office is, serve as a member of the Department of Justice in one of its several different roles and receive the role by automatic appointment when the office is made vacant. An individual may also be nominated by the President to serve in the office, however in this pathway the individual may only serve under the advise & consent of the Senate. The individual that holds the office is up to the discretion of the President of the United States and therefore, an individual may be removed from office at any time. ==Daily Schedule== The Daily Schedule of the Attorney General consists of 3 different events. ===Department Meeting=== The Department Meeting is a time for the Secretary of the Interior to meet with the Deputy Attorney General and the Solicitor General and their Deputy. The Attorney General must then make a decision with respect to the advise given by the Deputy Attorney General and the Solicitor General and their Deputy. The decision that the Attorney General makes will both impact on their stats but also the Nations. The Attorney General additionally has the power to dismiss any individual member of the department below them, which is every member of the department. ===Case Management=== Each day, the Solicitor General will be given a case that they must fight within the Supreme Court and in the morning meeting the Attorney General must consult with the department to decide what argument will be presented. It is not uncommon, in Oath of Office, for the Attorney General to supervise the delivery of the Argument and make staffing decisions based on the abilities of the Solicitor General in that moment. ===The 25th Amendment=== If the cabinet see the President is "unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office" then a vote may be started by any Secretary of the Cabinet, that includes the Attorney General. The Attorney General also has the power to vote on a proposal to dismiss the President through either voting "aye" or "nay". This power must only be used when necessary and if even more than one Secretary of the Cabinet nays the proposal then it fails. The President, if the vote fails, has the power to see who initiated the vote and may dismiss that Secretary from Cabinet and Office. ==Update History== *Equal Justice Under Law(v5.0) **Added to the game
